Salary: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

Responsibilities
Records, maintains, checks, and balances timecards and processes salary changes for accurate calculation of
employees’ pay. Complies and calculates pay including deductions, taxes, incentive earnings, overtime, sick pay
and holiday pay. Compiles and calculates special reports computing and compiling figures involving complex
calculations such as employee benefits. All other responsibilities

related to Pike County Sheriff’s Office Administrative operations set forth by the Sheriff.  
Assures compliance and maintains a high level of confidentiality and has a working knowledge of applicable federal,
state, and municipal regulations as they relate to human resources.
